Refund Policy

"Idea Creative Technology Sdn Bhd " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased foods or beverages (from now on referred as "Goods") from  Warongku.my and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 1 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Goods:
To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting support@warongku.my
2. Request of refund must be made within 1 days of the original purchase date
3. The item(s) must be in original conditions when the customer received it when reporting to warongku.my's support team
